Admin Enrollment Fee

Affordable Rates

A one-time $150 Admin Enrollment Fee is required before moving in. This covers new bedding, cleaning, sanitizing, welcome essentials, and initial administrative processing.

$200 weekly, $400 biweekly, or $800 monthly. Month-to-month options available. We ask for a 30-day notice before moving out to prepare the space for the next resident.
All residents must follow community guidelines and respect shared spaces to maintain a safe peaceful and sober environment.
